Hi everyone,
Pete from Oslo Norway here. Just got on to bbq and smoked my first brisket on my Weber Performer Deluxe last weekend. It was pretty good for a first-timer, but my dad thought I had so much talent so he got me the Slow `n Sear from the US. Just got it today, so on Sunday its smoking time again! Cant wait to be honest.

Im a passionate amateur and a real meathead. Really looking forward to learn and get to know the community here better.
