    Hello from Nebraska

    Hello all,
I have been a long time lurker on the site, well I finally got myself a pit membership after using a bunch of recipes from the site. I figured it was time to at least give some money back. Thanks for a the content and tips, I have learned a bunch and look forward to trying some stuff I did not think I could cook in the backyard.
