    Grettings from Virginia

    I am new to the forum and smoking although I do have a strong culinary background which helps a little. Just purchased a Rectec 680 a week and a half ago and have been really getting my feet wet. Have done some ribs, pork tenderloin, pork butt, ribeye steaks and even some burgers and dogs. Everything tasted pretty darn good but I know I have a long way to go and a lot to learn but it is going to be a heck of a ride. I will be doing my first brisket tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed.
