I was born and raised in Israel, to an Argentinian father - hence the love of meet and fire.
Was slow roasting for as long as I can remember, mostly beef, and have had some experience smoking and combining SV. I have been reading here for quite a while now, and would like to thank all of you for sharing so much knowledge.
I have just imported the first KBQ to Israel, and will try to perfect my skills with this incredible smoker... hoping maybe spread the word out here...
