First post. I've been pouring over some of the pages here since Saturday and I'm blown away by the volume of information available.
I own three Weber grills. Two kettles and one gas. I used to have a cheap offset that just didn't work too good for me. Looking to expand my capabilities! Cheers!
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
