Firstly, what a great forum - I am really looking forward to reading the many interesting posts and hopefully also contributing.
I am from Denmark and I love to BBQ. My main BBQ is a Primo Oval XL 400 which i LOVE.
A friend and I entered the Danish National Championships last year after two short home practices and managed to win in Pulled Pork - ever since that we have just been more and more interested in BBQ.
We are currently training for the Danish championship again (WBQA) where we will be cooking
- Brisket (our last one did NOT turn out great). This year we are trying a new nordic spice blend with a lot a black garlic. :-) We are still looking for the perfect injection.
- Pulled Pork
- Chicken (both dark and light meat) + side
- Ribs
- Fish
- BBQ Drink
- BBQ anniversary dish (no limits at all)
- BBQ Cake Party
- BBQ Sauce
- BBQ Secret ingrediens.
- and a couple of unannounced categories.
