    Hello from Erie, PA

    My name is Len and I'm not new to the site but new to the Pitmaster Club. I'm a backyard pitmaster that loves cooking BBQ for my family. I have a 19 and 20 year old nephew that are learning and love to help me when they are home from school. I've tackled just about everything on the bbq except for fish and lamb and I want to cross some tasty lamb off that list this summer. Anyone else here from Northwestern PA?

              Used to be from Pymatuming Lake area. Westford to be exact. Parents had a second home on the lake. Born in Youngstown. I hung summers, Linesville, Meadville, Conneaut Lake, roamed Crawford County 25 years. Now in Nolensville, TN. Niece just moved from Millcreek. Gannon graduate. Still have people in the area.

                Welcome to the pit! Lamb is good eatin, and doesn't take too long to do on the barbecue.

                Since you’re new, and if you haven't already done so, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

                    Welcome! Thank you for your support. I suggest get yourself a boneless leg of lamb and try Meathead's recipe with Dolly's Lamb Paste. It's the bomb, and quite easy like the typical reverse sear roast.
