I just subscribed to this fantastic website this evening and wanted to stop by and say hello. I'm in the middle Tennessee area and love a good BBQ. I've used both gas grills and charcoal and have recently purchased my first pellet grill. I'm looking forward to all the good advice and perhaps a recipe or two. As I am new to pellet grills, I'll be coming back often to read up on any suggestions, methods, tips and tricks associated with this type of grill as well as kettle grills.
