Hey everyone, just joined a few months back and finally decided to introduce myself. I'm new to the forums and look forward to learning from some of the pros on here. I've been grilling for over 15 years and recently started smoking on my Stok drum grill in the past year with some pork butts and chicken wings. Love to try new techniques and recipes and looking forward to the help!
