    Hello from Orlando, FL

    Hi everyone. I've been a longtime reader of this website and just joined the pit. My wife and I are big-time foodies and therefore love to cook (and make good cocktails). This site has been a pretty big source of knowledge in helping me improve my outdoor cooking techniques and I can see that this forum will add even more. My current outdoor arsenal consists of a Weber Genesis E310 with GrillGrates, a Weber Q1200 (tailgating grill) and my brand new 24" SmokeVault. So cheers everyone.

      Thanks! That was a 2" thick prime ribeye that I reverse seared on the back side of the GrillGrates. Plus I brushed it down with a little duck fat.

    Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

    Also, it's very important that you:
    1. Give us an email address you actually use. You can check the email we have on file for you by clicking your name in the upper-right, then User Settings, then the Account tab. You currently cannot change your email on file with us since it’s tied to your Pitmaster Club account as well as our payment processor, Stripe, if you’re a paying member. Don’t worry though, we’d be happy to change it for you. There's a link on that page to submit an email change request.
    2. Add the domain AmazingRibs.com to your email safe list. We NEVER spam! This is important so you can receive special deals we occasionally work out for our members, receive notices about your account, such as if you’re up for renewal or are ever drawn as our monthly Gold Medal Giveaway winner, which paid members get free monthly entry into, and is open to all USA members. We’d hate to have to pick another person because you don’t answer us!
