I’m a retiree who moved here a few years ago, having lived and worked in the Chicago area most of my life. I love to cook, garden, weave, spin, and read. I have a gas grill, a cookshack smoker, and will be adding a Weber kettle with an SNS,

Love the cookshack ( yes I know Meathead hates ‘me). It’s so well insulated that it cooks the same in January as in July. Unfortunately I don’t - standing outside in a Michigan winter with trays of meat isn’t fun. I just cook a lot in fall and stock the freezer.
