    Hello from El Paso, Texas

    Hello, everyone! My name is Roque Orozco. I am an amateur smoker from Texas. I began smoking about a year ago with an offset smoker. I have been pretty successful, for a beginner, but I am looking to improve with the expertise of the great pit masters from this website. I hope to learn much about this great art and continue improving my craft! Thank you in advance for any tips or anything I may pick up from y'all. Have a great week!
