    New Smoker in Glen Carbon

    YS640 Arrived and breaking it in with wings and a Boston Butt. 10# of frozen dummies and flats. Wings yesterday weren't as crispy as we would have liked, I think I'll try them at 400 next time..Butt has been on for about 6 hours @ 230. Now wrapped and looking good, waiting for 195.

    I just conducted my second cook on my new pellet grill. Man these things are sweeeeeeeeeeet!! If I had to go on the road I'd get another one of these (Grid Iron) and a generator.
