    Greetings from Southern MN!

    I found amazingribs.com from a recommendation in Famous Dave's Barbecue Party Cookbook. I have been hooked ever since! The amount of information- recipes and reviews was everything I needed to not only get smoking- but to do it well for a newbie. When I saw the Pitmaster Club, joining was a no-brainer after everything I've learned from the site. I've got a Weber Gold with the Smokenator, and I'm looking forward to getting a PBC (hopefully sooner rather that later).

    Looking forward to learning even more from everyone in the forum!

    Thanks for filling out that Sig Aaron! It's been a long time since I went to Famous Dave's, but it was one of the few places in New Jersey where I felt I could get decent barbecue.
