Hello everyone!

Finally joined after a few years of basing a good majority of research and reference from this site. I've grown up around the BBQ and its become pretty much my main hobby. I bought my first pellet smoker 3 years ago based on reviews on here and have never been happier with a purchase! Look forward to learning and chatting with fellow enthusiasts on here!

Favorite things to grill besides EVERYTHING are probably Tri tip and some classic Prime New Yorks. I reverse sear everything, been a pretty vocal advocate for the reverse sear since I read the science behind it.

Always looking for advice, new techniques, and new recipes! Below are a couple of my cooks, brisket style tri tip, and a few new yorks.
