Trying to find my way through the smoke
. I own a 22" Weber Kettle, a baby Weber Smokey Mountain (14.5") and my newest toy, a CampChef SmokePro STX. I feel I do a good job with ribs, pulled pork, and brisket, but I want to be more of an expert
. I've experienced Franklin BBQ and Lewis BBQ on vacations the last couple years and I officially got the BBQ bug last summer when I went to BBQ Master Class at Weber Grill and listened to experts from across the country talk BBQ. Followed that finding this forum now just makes learning easier without travel. I look forward to lots of learning and future good eating!
