    Hello fellow bbq enthusiasts! Northeastern Oregon here. Been barbecuing seriously for ~3 years, having not been properly introduced at a younger age. Looking forward to spending even more of my free time on this site.

                            Would love to share brisket notes over a cold beer sometime.
                            I just joined up with an established smokehouse/restaurant and am studying the way the pitmaster there runs his popular new place and an hour ago I was "hawking" the several briskets he was loading into his smoker.
                            You will find lots of pitmasters, both guys and gals here with TUNZ of experience, so feel free to ask lots of questions.
                            Help is only a question away!
