    Boring Sunday? Nah, there's Olympic Curling!

    Had to prepare myself to sit still and watch curling so I can learn something about it, so I got up early and cranked up the heat a bit. Brisket and burnt ends on the WSM, nothing but a little salt and lots of black pepper, injected with a mix of worcestershire and beef broth, 225 til 165 internal temp, then wrapped and taken out at 195 and into faux cambro for 2 hours. Ribs on the Traeger Pro 34, injected with creole butter, kinda sweet and tangy Carolina sauce. Wife made the mexican rice and beans, and let me tell you, we're enjoying the heck out of this U.S.A v. Norway curling match!
