    Hello from Nashville

    I purchased a masterbuilt electric smoker over the holidays and have thoroughly enjoyed it. In the 6 weeks I've had it, I've smoked a turkey, pot roast, eye of round (Jerky), salmon, Boston Butt and a few more cuts. I have a lot to learn but have had great feedback on the food that I have prepared. I really enjoyed the jerky. I'm looking forward to all the information this group has to offer.
