hi, everyone. my name is Danny. I'm from just outside of Detroit MI. I just purchased my first smoker about a moth ago. a WSM 22, smoking a pork butt right now. my first one on the WSM. I have modified weber kettle to go low and slow a few times, with pretty good results. So, I'm hooked. I actually just wrapped the pork butt in foil, I was in the stall and was a little panicky. I looked up how to remedy this, and I found this site. It helped, butt was at 165 for awhile. Wrapped it and now its at 180 within an hour. I figured I better join because I plan smoking a lot more!
