ive been smoking for about 35yrs started with my father...growing up on west coast he/we cold smoked fresh salmon and beef jerky and homemade sausages
as i grew older i realized you can smoke anything that fits in the grill...started out with homemade smoker upraded to bradley electric...then weber 22...now traeger pro 34...its serious addiction.. with the grills come the accessories( mk4 thermo...then fireboard.countless cast iron cookware
always looking for new recipes and techniques
and hopefully able to share something new
unfortunately my dad passed away before i could show him there is more to smoking than just fish and jerky
but i know he'd be proud
