Hello! I live in the very most Northwest corner of Alabama. I do most of my work on a 22" Weber kettle. I do also have an electric smoker I use occasionally. As well as an Anova Sous Vide cooker that I am becoming very fond of during this colder weather. I have only been cooking seriously for a year or so, but it has quickly becoming a giant interest and hobby. I am hear to learn!
