Hello! I was searching for new ideas for grilling a standing rib roast this afternoon and ran across this site. Everyone sounds great! I especially liked the reviews of meat grades.
I have been grilling and cooking for about 25 years - I have had grilled/smoked in 10 degree weather through 100+ degrees, it's the best! We cook on our grills 3-4 nights a week and I'm looking forward to improving my techniques. I also previously owned a restaurant where our grills kept us in business, but from reading here I see how we could have much improved our offerings.
