Bob Musil from Coleville, CA. I've been smoking for about 5 years, and lurking here for about a year. I am primarily basic guy, doing ribs, pork shoulders and brisket. I have 3 smokers; a CharGriller with an offset box, an 18.5" Weber Smokey Mountain, and an electric Cookshack that I never use and am thinking about selling to buy a pellet smoker.
Howdy to all, and I look forward to meeting you online.
