Hi everyone, I don't think there are too many members from Germany here, at least I haven't seen any yet.

Just a little about me, I'm 65 years old, and am originaly from Australia, so throwing a shrimp on the BBQ is nothing new to me. I moved from Australia to Germany 20 years ago and have continued with my BBQing here and to the astonishment of the neighbours, I love to BBQ in the winter as well.

I own a large gas BBQ from campingaz and a webber smoker. I am about to retire in a couple of months and intend to expand my knowledge of grilling, so here I am.
