That's ole 11 year old RADAR who loves Pulled Pork to no end........ He was found beaten to death in a burlap bag on the side of the road when he was 3 months old. We adopted him and he's my best friend......

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Welcome from Huntsville Alabama! I’m a big fan of Tennessee, as my family hails from Erwin, TN. No close family left there at this point, but the family tree includes the 3 brothers who founded Morristown.
