    Hi all , Great to officially be a member! Picked myself up a little Meco 5031 charcoal smoker over the summer that leaks and has terrible temp control but have used it every week and turned out some real nice pork butts and briskets! Now can't wait to learn more and upgrade to Smokey Mountain heaven and enjoy some more adventurous cooks (whole turkey? leg of lamb?) so here to enjoy the ride!
