Newbie from Oklahoma saying hello

Just thought I’d say hi, I’m from Oklahoma, spend a lot time cooking stuff when I’m not working. Have a couple of different smokers I use depending on my motivation level and temperature outside. Still kinda old school in some ways and actually prefer to fire my stick burner up as opposed to my electric smoker, but if it’s too cold and I don’t want to fight the cold, electric it is. Fairly experienced and usually get voluntold I need to cook the meat for family/friends, but I love doing it so I really don’t mind.
