Hi Team Amazing Ribs! I can't believe how long it's taken me to join, but I'm really glad I did. The push I needed was on Christmas eve, when I made what was described as follows: "... The Best Prime Rib I've Ever Had"; "...I didn't know beef could taste so good"; "Dustin, you're a master".
That said, I'm Dustin. I started following the site and the geniuses in this forum back in 2010 in Louisiana. I've since moved to California, and I couldn't be happier. I do everything on my Weber Kettle (that includes multiple holiday spatchcock turkeys, countless racks of ribs, and, as mentioned above, my first prime rib outside of 8-hour affairs in Alto Shams). I haven't missed yet, and I look forward to meeting more of you online and in person as I continue the quest for eating and drinking well!
