Salt Lake City Smoker!!

Hey everyone!

Talk about a great community! I just joined last week, but have been visiting this community here and there for a few years.

From Salt Lake City, and have a passion for cooking altogether. The smoker has become my new favorite tool to use, and have a desire to learn as much as possible about the art and science of smoking. Smoking is a skill I would love to be great at. It’s fun! (I’m smoking salmon right now for a Smoked Salmon Chowder I’ll be serving at a family party).

R&R is a great place. I’ve been there a couple times, and have never been disappointed. SugarHouse BBQ is a really great place too. Shoot, if you’re in town long enough, try them both! 🙂
