I recently got a Smoking Brothers Pellet Smoker for my birthday - it’s been an amazing journey smoking foods! I hope to learn a lot of tips and tricks from the experts in this forum! So far, I’ve made pulled pork, brisket and a turkey on the pellet grill. I’m currently curing a ham - i’ll trying smoking it next week!
