    Hello from NE Florida

    Finally using my code from the book I picked up late last year! Better late than never!

    A huge thanks to all of the user comments on the amazing library of recipes and tips on the main website, as I've certainly learned a ton over the past year. I'm still very new to the world of BBQ however it's got a firm grasp over me as I'm always excited to learn and understand more throughout my trials (and errors) with cooking!

    As far as the important tools; I'm currently utilizing a PBC and my Weber (propane).

                        Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.
