Love to cook. Anything. Gumbo to biscuits and gravy, smoked bologna chub to prime rib roast. Doesn't matter. Spent 25 yrs in the fire service and y'all know how they like to eat. I dunno it’s awfully hard to ruin a dinner for catfish. I used to cook chicken liver in aliniminmum foil on the manifold, driving to where we were goin to fish. When we got there it was done, welcome aboard, eat good & have fun!
