LOVE this forum and all the info here. A little of my background -- been grilling/smoking since my Dad welded his own stainless steel grills/smokers back in the early '70's. Since then, I've lived in homes with a lot of land or multi-story homes with tiny balconies. What I have NEVER given up is grilling -- the taste and food is in my blood.
Currently, I am in my last forever home -- a typical 1,500 sq ft home with a nice private backyard. I brought some of my grills/smokers with me, but have added a couple recently. Inventory: Medium Big Green Egg, Weber Spirit 210, -- (new) Pit Barrel Cooker and JUST RECENTLY a Weber Q 1200.
I am so enjoying reading and learning from this great site.
