Just started comps but fairly long time q-er. Based in Manly near Auckland but our team has members in Hamliton as well..
Pits are a Prime Smoke XL, heavily customized cheapo Offset and a old kettle plus a heavy duty gas grill and a Smokai smoker. Just acquired an AuberSmart SY 2615 controller and 20 cfm fan....
very keen on working through the huge wealth of knowledge and joining in with the community.....

Welcome! NZ is a great place. We spent several days in Auckland and south to Rotorua and Taupo. The Auckland fish market is a true wonder. Beautiful, friendly country!
