I’ve owned a 22†WSM and a gas grill for the past five years. Been using them both so much I’m looking into larger pellet smokers.
This site has given me ideas for recipes and rubs and general reference for years. So I thought it was time to pay my fair share for everything I’ve learned.
In particular, I’m obsessed with that bacon recipe. Only problem is that the bacon that comes from it is sooo good that I can no longer buy store bought.
