Not sure how much it shrank. If I had to guess I'd say it weighed 20 lbs after being trimmed and cooked.

Dude! Seriously? You cooked a whole roll? On what? And how long? To what temp? How long did that take. Your a beast.moh, from where do you hail and....... Huntington Beach welcomes you and the chuck.

Cooked it on a Pitboss 820 deluxe pellet smoker at 225. It took from 10am the previous day to 6pm the following day (32 hrs). I only got it up to 190 internal temp. I was aiming for 200 but got hungry.
