    So excited to get started!

    Hi, I'm new to the site after converting from a gas grill to the Big Green Egg out in southern AZ. I love the flavors and am looking forward to getting lots of great ideas and tips from folks on this site. All the info is a bit over-whelming for a beginner; but I'll get the hang of it!

      Huntington Beach welcomes you and the big green huevo. It's all info at your leisure. He basics first and pick your protein and go from there. Anythime new infor can be more relavent to what your doing "hands on" it is a help.

      ask lots of questions after doing your basic homework. No one will mind here.

          Since you’re new, and if you haven't already done so, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

          Also, it's very important that you:
