    Brand Spankin' new

    Just recvd Meatheads book and am taking advantage of the trial offer. I have a Traeger Lil' Tex Pro w 2 temp probes 1 1/2 yrs old, a Weber SMS 22.5 inch DigiQ DX2 for the weber and
    a thermoworks Smoke. I found on the traeger the temp can be off as much as 50 degrees F high! took a year to get ribs perfect (they're not falling apart when i pull them off the traeger)
    and am currently working on brisket. still needs work but getting better. Happy to be here!

                      Try Meathead's recipe for brisket. Injecting it with beef broth really helps keep it moist.
