Just joined the club, I am in Bellville, TX which is a little northwest of Houston. I really enjoy cooking on my smoker bbq pit which is a Komodo by Louisiana Grills. I have been smoking both beef and pork ribs lately, but now going to do a pork roast. Look forward to reading in the forum. Russell Leonard (Charhead).
