    Hello from Iowa

    New to the pit but not new to the site. Been competing in BBQ for the last 12 years and have a side food truck/bbq business. I currently have the FEC 100, weber kettle, weber smoky mountain, custom off set/reverse flow trailer, Ole Hickory CTO. Still loving the bbq world and all those I meat. Glad to finally be on the site. Look forward to it

      Wow what a great welcome. My Chocolate Hog BBQ company proudly servies pulled pork, chicken and brisket in sandwhich form or we have BBQ tacos with a very good zesty slaw and homeade bbq sauce. BBQ nachos can be purchased along with wisconsin beer battered cheese curds, siracha wings our cheese curds in paradise wihich is curds topped with pork, nacho cheese, sauce and jalapenos.
