As usual, I'm doin' this in the wrong order,
Greetings from northern Colorado. My name is Dave,I'm a husband, father of four and amateur cook with a bit of enthusiasm for good whisky. I'm working with an ugly drum 'T' smoker, homemade chili roaster and basic gas grill - have fire - must cook!
Thanks, retired from full time field mechanic in the oil field. Had been light, medium and heavy duty master certified. The Masters mechanic was a name of a business I used to own. The name stuck and I just kept it. I'm an industrial "engineer" now for a finished lubricant company.

Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.
Yup, wrong order, 2 months and one post later you finally come around to doing the right thing. Welcome aboard, eat good & have fun! Oh, nice little cooker array, like to see the drum.
Welcome to the pit themastersmechanic! I like that avatar of yours. Now here's a late welcome :-)
