    Hi, I'm a new member from Australia. I have been cooking outside since I was 20 (64 now). I have had my Weber for coming up to 40 years. I have only replaced the wooden handles once. It has been very reliable, however, I think she is a bit worn out and I will have to replace her.It's nice to be here and think you guys are the top of the game in this field and will aspire to get to your level in the future.       Welcome to the Pit! You'll find that there are many of us learning just like you. Weber Kettle is a great cooking machine! Once I got a Slow-n-Sear for mine it was incredible! I enjoy both BBQ and Grilling with it. Have fun and eat good food!

            Since this is your first post, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

            Also, it's very important that you:
