Good afternoon.
Here is a brief introduction,
I am an avid griller and would like to venture into the world of smoke and long slow cooking. My grill is a weber summit 4 burner running on natural gas. I am just dipping my toes in the BBQ world and starting to lean what I want for my next step. There are so many choices for smokers. I think I will hang out on the side lines and see what tasty bits of knowledge and wisdom I can pick up.

The Pit is reasonably organized. There are sections for recipes, cookers, general conversation, etc. plus a search function. I'd start with the "forums" tab or group-down and see what suits your fancy.
