    Hey all!

    New member here, but have been poking around AmazingRibs website for quite awhile (at least a couple years!). Decided to pull the trigger and get the membership. I love grilling/BBQing. I have cooked babybacks and pulled pork several times and do pretty decent with those. My goals for smoking are to be able to pull off some of the beef cuts: a brisket, prime rib, and beef tenderloin eventually. I have done a brisket once, it turned out ok. I have a RecTec680 at home and a GMG Davy Crockett for camping. Look forward to learning more on here.

      Since you’re new, and if you haven't already done so, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.
