Hey guys I am sort of a newbie at this. I do have a Weber 22" grill a barrel grill on legs and I recently purchased a Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24. I've cooked chicken, burgers, pork chops, hot-dogs and occasionally ribs. I hope to up my game on the ribs. I just purchased the Thermo-works Smoke to monitor the temp on the Smoke Vault and I know this site will help get my ribs to the next level.

Welcome to The Pit. You should add pork butts and chuck roast to your repertoire. They are both very forgiving and taste great. Pulled chuck roast, (chuckie), is one of my favorites. If you can afford it, add a Slow N Sear to your kettle. That will dramatically up your chicken, burgers, and chops. And check out the Last Meal Ribs recipe for your ribs.
