Hi y'all been a long time site follower and proponent. I love to cook most anything, and cooking on a grill or smoker most of all. Friend who builds custom grills & smokers talked me into entering a local competition last year. We have done (struggled through) 3-4 since, with more coming this fall. My current grills/smokers include a custom gravity feed smoker, a oval drum trailer grill and a Gorilla Grills Silverbac pellet grill. Spend the rest of my time bass fishing, or with my beautiful wife Sherry..oh and working, I'm a land surveyor. Look forward to reading, learning and maybe even sharing a bit my meager knowledge. Appreciate all the help the site has been over the last few years!
