    Hello from New Hampshire.

    Hello, My name is Jamie and I have been cooking BBQ for about 15 years now give or take. I have come across this site many times while researching techniques and decided it was time to join. My first smoker was a cheap department store offset. I currently have a Weber Summit gasser, a Performer kettle and a Smokey Mountain 22" as well as a DIY Smokey Mountain mini. I have recently added a Yoder YS640 pellet and am currently building a UDS smoker to add to the stable. looking forward to being an active participant in the forum, it looks great!

            Welcome to the pit JamieBBQ! It sure sounds like you got the gear to cook up a storm. Like most members in here, it sounds like MCS has gotten a good hold already :-)

            Since you’re new, and if you haven't already done so, please check out our homework assignment post for new members, it contains a few how-tos and please-dos. This will help you learn your way around so you can get the best experience from our forum.

            Also, it's very important that you:

            Give us an email address you actually use. You can check the email we have on file for you by clicking your name in the upper-right, then User Settings, then the Notifications tab. You currently cannot change your email on file with us since it’s tied to your Pitmaster Club account as well as our payment processor, Stripe. Don’t worry though, we’d be happy to change it for you.
