Large Big Green Egg with a Ceramic Grill Store rack system, and the SnS setup.
Weber Genesis SA-E-330 LP INDIGO with SS Grates, Weber Crafted frame kit, baking stone, griddle (2/3), all from Ace Hardware.
For the first time in a long time I have no kettles as I gave them all away.

Everything Else:
SnS #3 with certificate. I was their first customer.
Sous Vide equipment.
SnS and Thermoworks instant read and leave-in thermometers.
Grill Grates for BGE.

Welcome, we have Volvo/Alfa Romeo/Maserati/Nissan/Ford/Lincoln/Mitsubishi here in NE PA! I'm in Alfa Romeo myself, but those cars are a bit too small for me, so I have a Volvo S90 that I absolutely love!

I do almost all my smoking with a BGE, and the rest with a Weber kettle. Folks say it tastes better over real wood, but I've watched Myron Mixon's videos where he takes the wood and burns it down to lump charcoal first, so :shrug?
