    Hello from Oregon...

    Been a lurker for many years, finally figured I should join because of all the valuable advice I've received from this site...thank you. I've cooked on Treager (sp?) grills, Weber and now I am playing with a Big Green Egg which I really enjoy. We do a lot of hunting and fishing so that is the kind of meat I tend to cook. Right now I am cooking some blue fin tuna which I have never done on a BBQ...wish me luck...good day everyone
